A sweet and balanced Peaberry coffee from northern Thailand with unique herbal notes and a nutty caramel finish.
High in the misty mountains of northern Thailand lies Doi Chang, where a single peaberry bean forms inside each cherry, concentrating flavor and nuance. The village of Doi Chang is home to an Indigenous Akha community whose transition from opium farming to specialty coffee has transformed lives and landscapes alike. With government and NGO support, they’ve built a self-sustaining coffee ecosystem, complete with their own mills, processing stations, and export channels. The result is a peaberry that’s both symbol and substance—small, dense, and packed with gentle vibrancy. Doi Chang is more than a cup of coffee—it’s a story of renewal, empowerment, and mountainous grace.
Catuai A highly productive cross between Mundo Novo and Caturra. It's known for its reliability and produces a clean, sweet cup with a classic, approachable flavor profile.
Typica The traditional variety of Venezuela, prized for its classic, clean, and sweet cup profile, though it is low-yielding.
